The list of Dutch potteries below is by no means complete, I only mention

Delft and Gouda are both towns in the Netherlands, and known for the
production of earthenware. but Delft pottery was not just made in the town
of Delft, it was also made elsewhere, the same applies to Gouda. What it
is called is determined by the style of painting rather than where it was
made.
And to make it even more confusing, some of the Gouda potteries also
produced Delft.
