This vase was probably made before 1917, the reason I say so is the following:
1: This particular model was used more in 1909 and not so much anymore in 1917
2: The vase should be a matt glazed one, but there is such a big layer of glaze in places that it looks more like high glazed than matt glazed.
3: I bought the vase here in Sydney and I also think that is where it originally came from, however the words "Dutch Art Pottery" are not yet there.
I think this is an experimental vase; they made it to see how a decor like this would trade here in Australia.
4: Also the decor name "Laughing Jackass" is not there, it has a very non standard mark.
