In the pictures before I showed the VA signature where the 2 painters worked together. Here it is RA, so just painted by one of them.
Like in the 1920's decor cards were still used. The decor card for this plate calls it a Magnolia. It seems that they dropped the individual decor names for this line, and called all just Unique Metalique.
