The decor here is a Magpie bird, again a real Australian Icon.As mentioned before, it is harder to date these Dutch Art Pottery vases exactly because often there is no date mark. But in this case the painter initials of AD help out. This painter worked at the PZH in 1923, so that is the date I think this vase was painted.
Like with the other Australian decors the flowers in the background probably represent Australian wildflowers.
